We've looked into it and discovered that some Chromebook devices have a problem with WebGL. It seems to be a random issue, and it doesn't seem like there's a solution out there, so we're not sure what to do either. We can only suggest trying another device - the game should also work well on a phone if that's possible?
We've had an internal discussion within our company - long story short, we don't think it's possible to ruin a bonsai builder creation! We hope you had fun!

I tried again and it said I needed a software update so I checked my settings but my settings said my device was up-to-date
so, idk what to do
